The Tea Room has wonderful views of the local mid-Wales countryside and whilst taking a rest here you might be fortunate enough to spot a Red Kite or a Buzzard circling above. The Tea Room is welcoming, with large sunny windows in the warm months and a cheery wood burning stove in the cooler months. There is also a large, sunny patio to sit out on and enjoy the view.
The Tea Room is open from 10am until 5pm serving morning coffee, main lunches and afternoon tea. Locally baked cakes, cream teas and other snacks are available all day.
Our homemade lunches include soups and specials made in freshy in our kitchen, freshly prepared sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, oven baked jacket potatoes and seasonal salads. The daily specieals range from traditional lasagne and cottage pie to more unusual savory tarts and quiches, nutroasts and delicious homemade puddings.
Our homecooked traditional Sunday Lunches are very popular. Served between 12noon and 2pm it is always advisable to book in advance and during December you can get your festivities off to a great start by visiting us for Christmas Lunch!
Our tea and coffee are Fairtrade and we aim to source as much of our produce as locally and organically as possible. Mini bus groups are welcome by appointment.
